Data Deletion Requests

Who Can Request Deletion

All users worldwide who access NamePo services or use Facebook Login with the NamePo application may request deletion of personal data associated with their account, regardless of their country, nationality, or place of residence. You may submit a request even if you cannot currently log in to your account.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

You may submit a deletion request using either method below:

1. Email

   Send an email to privacy@namepo.com from the email address associated with your NamePo account. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request". State whether you also want information received through Facebook Login or another Meta service deleted. privacy@namepo.com

2. Client Portal Support Ticket

   Open a support ticket through the NamePo client portal at my.namepo.com and select the privacy or account category. Include your account email address and specify whether Facebook Login data should also be deleted. my.namepo.com

Never include your password or other sensitive authentication credentials in your request.

Identity Verification

To protect your account, we verify your identity before processing a deletion request. We may ask you to confirm details associated with your NamePo account, such as your registered email address, recent invoice information, or support ticket history. We will never ask for your password.

Processing Time

After identity verification, NamePo will delete or permanently anonymize eligible personal data, including data associated with Facebook Login, within 30 days. We will send confirmation to your registered email address once the request is completed.

Facebook Login and Meta-Derived Data

If you used Facebook Login to access the NamePo client portal, you can request deletion of the Facebook profile identifier, name, and email address we received from Meta. Disconnecting Facebook Login from your account settings does not automatically delete all stored data; submit a deletion request if you want associated records removed or anonymized.

Lawful Retention Exceptions

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, taxation, billing, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or regulatory obligations. Any retained information will be restricted to those purposes and deleted when the applicable retention period ends.
