NamePo is an authorised reseller. .qa registrations are submitted through AEserver. The extension is administered by the Qatar Domains Registry under the Communications Regulatory Authority. You remain the registrant.
Qatar Domains Registry policy does not require documentary evidence for second-level .qa. Any applicant can register one. Restricted zones such as .com.qa and .name.qa are different extensions and are not in this catalogue.
The first-year price is the promotional registration rate. Renewal is a separate catalogue rate and is shown here and again in the cart. They are not always the same number.

NamePo currently sells .qa for one year. The registry allows terms of one to five years; longer terms are not exposed in the current reseller feed. Contact support if you need a multi-year registration arranged directly.
NamePo does not sell an ID-protection addon for .qa. What the public WHOIS shows is set by the Qatar Domains Registry.
A .qa registration includes DNS management in the same NamePo account, with the renewal price visible before payment.
A registrar transfer of .qa keeps the remaining licence period unless a renewal is included. NamePo charges the catalogue transfer fee, which is separate from the promotional registration price. The domain password or authorisation step follows the gaining registrar's process.
